Returns, cancellations and refunds

Physical items
For most products bought online by UK consumers, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered, without giving a reason. You then generally have another 14 days to return them. Contact us first for return instructions. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, ordinary return postage is usually the customer's responsibility. Statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected. Where required by law, eligible refunds include the original standard delivery charge.
Digital PDF purchases
Downloadable PDFs are digital products, not posted books. UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation right unless they gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that the right to cancel would be lost when the download began. If that consent and acknowledgement was not obtained before supply, statutory cancellation rights remain. If a file is faulty, missing or inaccessible, contact us so we can supply a working version or arrange the remedy required by law.
Other marketplaces
For orders placed on Etsy or Amazon, use the respective marketplace's customer-order support, refund and returns service. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
