Digital downloads

Products labelled digital or printable are PDF downloads. No physical item is posted and no delivery charge applies to the download itself. Check the product description for the file format and what is included. Contact us if you need help accessing your purchase.

Physical products: made to order

Our clothing, mugs and other printed products are made after you order. Production and delivery are separate stages, so please allow time for both. Processing an order does not mean it has already been printed or dispatched.

Production times vary by product, colour, size and production partner. Where a delivery estimate is shown, check whether it includes production time. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

UK delivery and postage

We currently accept physical-product orders for delivery to the United Kingdom. The available service and final postage charge are shown at checkout before payment. Charges vary by product, order contents and destination. Items in one order may be produced and dispatched separately.

Production location can vary by product. If an item is fulfilled from outside the UK, customs processing or additional import charges may apply. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of its production location.

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking where the service supports it. Tracking may take time to update. Weekends, bank holidays and carrier delays can affect arrival times.

Delivery problems

Check your address before paying. If it needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible. If your item arrives damaged, is missing or appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the production partner or carrier.
