Terms of purchase
Welcome to Quiet Strength Recovery (QSR). These terms apply to items purchased directly from this Shopify store. Each listing explains what is included, whether the item is a digital file or a physical product and the price in GBP. Additional taxes and delivery costs, where applicable, are stated before checkout.
Using QSR resources
Workbooks, cards and digital resources offer personal reflection and peer support. They are not clinical treatment, diagnosis, counselling, medical devices or emergency services. You are free to use the questions and exercises that feel useful and to seek professional support where appropriate.
Digital-file usage
Unless a product states otherwise, paid digital resources may be used and printed for the purchaser's own personal use. Resale, redistribution, public uploading or commercial reproduction is not allowed without written permission. Our products may be static PDFs rather than fillable forms; check the listing before purchasing.
Support, cancellation and privacy
Contact quietstrengthrecovery@outlook.com for order assistance. Read our returns and cancellations information, delivery and downloads information and privacy policy. These terms do not remove or restrict consumer rights provided by law.
